I’m a creative strategist, certified coach, and community builder who helps people and organizations align with their purpose and take bold, authentic action. • Grew up in Southwest Virginia and earned my B.S. in Community Health Education from Radford University

• Spent 10 years working with mission-driven nonprofits including Roanoke’s YMCA, Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, City of Roanoke, and Duke University

• Completed a 142-hour professional coaching certification through Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting

• Earned my MBA from Western Governors University

My community & creative life:

• Organizer and social media lead for Big Lick Latin Underground, a local Latin dance organization

• Active supporter of Roanoke’s LGBTQIA+ community through events, fundraisers, and advocacy

• Passionate about wellness through cooking, movement, and meditation
